The Assess Module is an employee survey that uses the Gallup Q12™ proprietary survey. This survey has been used with over 25 million employees. GSG will assist in the implementation of the survey and provide a report of the results.

 

SPARK
 

The Spark Module is designed to establish foundational elements of labor engagement. It builds on the Q12™ management principles for your organization. It also focuses on the creation of your corporate “why”. Which is a core component of the Q12™ culture and is often not properly formulated. Then it interactively educates to top-level management on the Q12™ cultural goals needed to establish the overall engagement strategy.

This module consists of internet-based educational materials and optional in-person coaching.
